Does Chandelier Ballroom Have Liability Insurance?

Yes, we do to protect our guests and our staff.

Is There a Separate Space for the Cocktail Hour From the Main Ceremony/Reception Site?

Yes! You can contact our team for a tour around our gorgeous grounds.

Does Chandelier Ballroom Have a Sound System or Microphone Available for Speeches?

Yes! Our audio equipment is available for rent by request.

Are There Any Noise Restrictions for the Area?

No, there are no noise restrictions!

How Many Restrooms Are Onsite?

There are seven restrooms available for guests to use during the event.

Are There Any Overnight Accommodations for the Bride and the Groom?

We do not provide overnight accommodations, however, there are wonderful hotels and resorts nearby!

Is the Site Accessible for People With Disabilities?

Yes! Our site has plenty of accommodations for people with disabilities such as ramps and entryways that are well suited for wheelchairs.

Is There a Recycling Policy?

No.

Questions Concerning Payment and Deposits

Is There a Deposit That Needs to Be Made to Hold the Site?

A $1000 deposit will be required to book the site. This deposit will be put towards the final payment. Guests can pay the deposit using a Credit Card Authorization form that will need to be filled out.

How Long Before the Event Does the Deposit Need to Be Made?

The deposit will need to be made at the time the contract is signed.

Is the Deposit Refundable?

Due to the high demand for the Chandelier Ballroom, the security deposit will not be refunded should the event be canceled.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

The Chandelier Ballroom takes the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards
  • Zelle
  • Check

Questions Concerning Usage of Space

Can I Hold My Rehearsal Dinner At the Site?

No, unfortunately due to the popularity and high volume of requests of the Chandelier Ballroom, we are unable to accommodate rehearsal dinner requests.

How Much Time Is Allocated for the Rehearsal?

An hour of rehearsal time is saved for the wedding party if the ceremony is going to be held onsite.

Are Pets Allowed to Be Part of the Ceremony?

Small dogs are more than welcome to be a part of your ceremony. However, for the protection of the grounds and our staff, we ask that the dogs be removed from the site after the ceremony.

Is Smoking Allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the grounds and inside of the Chandelier Ballroom.

Are Photo Shoots Allowed?

Yes! We are more than happy to accommodate photoshoots for your big event. Contact our team to schedule a time for yours.

Questions About Vendors

Where Can I Find the List of Vendors That Chandelier Ballroom Works With??

Our team offers an All-Inclusive package of vendors, but we are also open for clients to bring their own vendors. Please inquire for more information.

Is There an Onsite Kitchen Outside Caterers Can Use?

While clients are allowed to bring their own caterers, there is no full-service kitchen available for them to use.

Is There a Cake Cutting Fee?

There is no cake cutting fee. 

Can the Party Bring Their Own Wine, Beer, or Champagne?

Yes, guests are more than welcome to bring their own alcohol. 

Is There a Corkage Fee?

There is no corkage fee. 

Is Chandelier Ballroom Licensed to Provide Alcohol?

No, we are not licensed to provide alcohol, however, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. 

Do You Offer Onsite Coordination?

Yes! Chandelier Ballroom offers extensive day of coordination and wedding planning services. 

Can I Book a Live Band for My Event?

Yes, you can book a live band to make your special day more memorable!

Can I Bring My Own Decorations?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own decorations.

Can I Move Furniture Around?

To protect the property, Chandelier Ballroom has a strict policy against moving around the furniture in the event space.

Are Candles, Sparklers, Confetti, or Food Trucks Allowed?

No, for the safety of the guests and staff, we do not allow candles, sparklers, confetti or food trucks. 

What Is the Color Scheme of the Ballroom?

The ballroom has a white, rustic, and elegant color scheme.

Are There Floor Plans Available?

Yes! Floor plans are available upon request.
